We’re officially **SOLD OUT**.

Batch 1 sold out in under 7 minutes. Batch 2 went in about a minute. Batch 3 — same story. The demand has been incredible and we’re genuinely humbled.

**If you didn’t get a ticket:** we have a waitlist. Keep an eye on our social media channels for any last-minute openings, and put your name on the waitlist.

**If you have a ticket but can’t make it:** please return it or let us know. Every returned ticket goes straight to someone on the waitlist. Venue capacity is limited and every seat counts. Don’t let your ticket go to waste — someone else would love to be there.

We’re exactly one month out from BSidesLjubljana 0x7EA and things are moving fast. Here’s where we stand.

CFP: Closed, Reviewing, Almost There

The Call for Papers officially closed yesterday — and what a response. We received around 60 submissions, which is incredible for a single-day community event. Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit. We’re deep in the review process right now. Some speakers have already received acceptance notifications. If you’re still waiting to hear back, please bear with us — we’re working through the remaining submissions and hope to have all decisions out by the end of this week.

Tickets: Yes, They Went That Fast

If you were watching on February 6, you already know — the first batch of tickets was gone in under 7 minutes. We knew they’d go fast, but that caught even us off guard.

About That Eventbrite Thing…

At BSidesLjubljana 0x7E8, we said it would be our last event using Eventbrite for ticketing. We meant it. We spent last months researching alternatives, testing platforms, and trying to build something that would give us more control and better serve our community.

It didn’t work out.

Every alternative we evaluated either had deal-breaking limitations, required more resources than we could spare, or simply wasn’t ready in time for 0x7EA. We could have pushed forward with a half-baked solution, but that would have meant risking a poor experience for you — and that’s not something we’re willing to do.

So here we are, back on Eventbrite.

**To everyone we disappointed with this decision: we’re sorry.** We know some of you were looking forward to us moving away from it. We were too. But sometimes the right choice is the boring one that actually works.

What Hasn’t Changed

**BSidesLjubljana remains free.**

No ticket fees. If you want to attend, you just need to grab a ticket when they become available.

We’re also committed to maintaining the quality you’ve come to expect. Same great talks, same community atmosphere, same venue, same one-day format packed with content.

Ticket Batches

Due to venue capacity limits, we release tickets in batches. This isn’t artificial scarcity — it’s just math. The museum can only hold so many hackers.

Here’s the schedule:

• First batch goes out – on Friday the 6h of February at 10am (CET)
